We want you to start enjoying your artwork as soon as possible and will always make every effort to provide you with the very best customer service. ORDER PROCESSING
We carry a large inventory of Limited Edition Prints. However, when ordering Prints, in the event that your choice is not in stock and the Limited Edition has not yet sold out, we will work with our Print Studio to create your artwork before it is inspected by the artist and then signed and numbered by him. All Prints are then carefully packaged in acid-free glassine before being securely packed flat or in heavy-weight shipping tubes ready for delivery. PLEASE NOTE: All unframed Paper Prints are shipped either flat or rolled in a tube, depending on size and unframed Canvas Prints are shipped un-stretched and rolled in a tube; your Canvas Print can be taken to your local framer to be stretched up. However, if you would like us to ship your canvas Print stretched and ready-to-hang, please use our 'Contact' form for an updated price before placing your order.

IN STOCK PRINTS TO THE UK: We estimate that you should receive your artwork within 3 to 7 business days after your order is confirmed.
OTHER PRINTS TO THE UK: We estimate that you should receive your artwork within 7 to 10 days after you order is confirmed.
GREETINGS CARDS, JIGSAW PUZZLES, CALENDARS & DESK DIARIES TO THE UK: These are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING CHARGES
We will confirm, process and ship your order when we have received payment in full. Accepted methods of payment vary according to shipping destination and are listed below:
ORDERS TO THE UK: Delivery of Prints and Cards to mainland UK is charged as follows, irrespective of the number of Prints or Cards ordered. Depending on the weight of your order, we will either send by 1st Class Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD tracked express shipping.
Postage for Fine Art Greetings Cards up to £3.50 is FREE within the UK (2nd Class)
Postage for UK orders between £3.51 and £9.99 total value is £1.50
Postage for UK orders between £10.00 and £24.99 total value is £2.50
Postage for UK orders between £25.00 and £25.00 is £0.00
Postage for UK orders between £25.01 and £34.99 total value is £5.00
Postage for UK orders between £35.00 and £69.99 total value is £10.00
Postage for UK orders between £70.00 and £149.99 total value is £17.50
Postage for UK orders between £150.00 and £299.99 total value is £20.00
Postage for all UK orders over £300.00 total value is £25.00
Please place your order for Prints, Jigsaw Puzzles, Calendars, Desk Diaries or Greetings Cards through our Shopping Cart and pay via PayPal. You do not need to have your own PayPal account in order to make payments this way. We can also Invoice you and accept payment by BANK TRANSFER to our Bank account. NEW! We can now send you an Invoice and Payment Link via SumUp so you can use your Credit or Debit Card for payment.
ORDERS TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS: Please place your order for Prints, Greetings Cards etc. either through our Shopping Cart or enquire through our 'Contact' form above. If any ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES are due, we will calculate any such charges and send you an invoice with a request to pay these shipping charges along with your PayPal, SumUp or Bank Transfer payment for your items. Your order will then be packed and shipped as in 'Order Processing' above. As an example, the shipping charge to the USA for our jigsaw puzzles is £20. Although unlikely, if any duties or taxes are due in your country, please note that Frederick Phillips Art is not liable for these.
Due to the lengthy processing times by banks that would delay the arrival of your artwork, we are unable to accept cheques as processing these through the bank would delay shipping of your order. However, should you not wish to pay using PayPal then arrangements can be made for your payment to be made via BACS or other bank wire methods to our account. NEW! We can now also accept payments by Credit Card or Debit Card via a SumUp Payment Link, which we will send you upon request.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS: At our discretion, arrangements can be made for monthly payments on orders totalling over £300. Your artwork will be stored safely until your payments have been made in full. Your artwork will then be shipped as above. Please use our 'Contact' form if you would like to make interest-free monthly payments for your purchase.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After your order has been placed and payment has been made in full we shall send you an email advising you of our estimated date of shipping to your address. All orders are sent via Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD. Once your artwork is with the shipper, we will email you with the tracking details and estimated date of delivery.
GUARANTEE & RETURNS
All of our Limited Edition Prints and Original Artworks come with a 'Certificate of Authenticity' signed by the artist and this is mailed separately. Our archival Limited Edition Prints are created to the highest standards using museum-grade materials but should you be unhappy with your purchase you must notify us within 7 days of receipt that you wish to return your artwork. Unless your return is because of shipping damage, you must pay the return shipping charges and the artwork must be carefully and securely re-packaged so that it reaches us in good condition. Your artwork must be returned to us by trackable delivery; please advise us by email of the tracking details when you have shipped your return. Replacement or a full refund of your purchase price will be made to you within 7 business days after receipt by us of your returned and undamaged artwork.
